While I was fine with the process of arranging for the vehicle, I have to note here that the vehicle I arranged to rent was not the vehicle that they brought to me. I was told at that time that there was a problem with the vehicle I was shown and agreed to rent. I was not pleased with that at all. And instead of giving a better vehicle for the inconvenience , I was brought a vehicle that was in poorer condition. But overall, again the process and the service provided was good and certainly better than I have had when renting vehicles in UG on previous visits.
